I found this great new product (well, new for me)....Crest Extra White Plus Scope OUTLAST. I love it!! I really does makes your mouth feel fresh for a really long time!! I figured it was time to update my blog....not too much going on these days except school and more school. I am in clinicals Monday and Tuesdays and the classroom Wednesday and Thursday. I feel like this semester has been a LITTLE more laid back...not sure if laid back is the correct term, but I think I feel more comfortable with how I have to study and what I need to do to make my grades. My teachers are wonderful and I have couldn't ask for more supportive classmates. June 26th will be here before I know it! :) Gray is doing well. Still liking his job and encouraging me everyday. Love his guts out!! :) He has done such a great job with helping keep the house clean, washing dishes, folding clothes, etc. etc. etc. since I have been school.....bless his heart! I owe him BIG TIME!

Well, like I said, nothing too exciting going on around here, just wanted to say hello and tell a little about whats going on with us :) (not sureI have many readers anymore) :)

Well, it's been a while since I posted about my life. I have been in nursing school since August and have had absolutley no life! It has been such an adjustment! I must say the last 3 months have been very tough! Not seeing Gray, not seeing ANY family or close friends, not talking to anyone, missing all of my favorite shows, etc, etc. But it will be worth it in the end. I have learned so much in such a short period of time. I have also met some incredible girls! They are SO SUPPORTIVE! Love them already. I passed my final last week and will start clinicals Monday! I am finally feeling "nursey" :)

Hello all,
There hasn't been too much going on The Williams' household lately. Last week I DID to get to see lots of GREAT friends that I have not gotten to see in a LONG while! Last Wednesday I went to eat with sweet Cheryl, "Lexie Lou" and Kellye from Butler
Snow. It had been WAAAY too long since we had seen each other! We had such a great time! I miss those girls so so much! (CONGRATS on the engagement Kellye! The ring is FABULOUS!) :) Then, Thursday I got to see Sarah Beth! We had a great lunch at Sweet Peppers and did a little shopping at The Rennaisance in Madison. After that I had a "Wal-mart Date" with Mama Leah! haha! And then Saturday we got to see sweet Kim and Charles at Bonefish for Charles' birthday! (and ran into Sally and Wayne Black later that night! Love those two!!)

Last week was a great week! Loved seeing everyone!

We had a kind of low key New Years. We went to eat with the Beidlemans', and the Herrins' and then came back to Joey and Leah's to shoot fireworks. We have spent the last 4 years with Joey, Leah, Will and Lee on New Years and couldn't think of anyone else we would rather be with!! We all have such a good time together!!!

Last Saturday we headed to Memphis to watch the dawgs play in the Liberty Bowl!!! It was me and Gray's (Gray and I???) very first game to attend together! Don't get me wrong, we have both been to many MSU games, but never together. (we usually just sit at the tailgate all day/night long) Those of you that know me, know that football is not my favorite sport! I just don't understand it! But, even though it was twenty below outside and the heels on my boots were 4 inches tall....we had a BLAST!!! What a fun game!!!! CONGRATS DAWGS!!!

Friday, Dec. 28th was my last day at Butler Snow Law Firm. I quit in order to finsh my pre-reqs for nursing school. I have to say, it was very bitter sweet leaving that day. Those women (and man) are like my family. I have been with them for the past 3 years and love each of them! I couldn't have asked for a better group to work with. I already miss them so much!

After leaving Mama's Christmas morning, we were headed to St. Catherines nursing home to see J.Mac (Gray's grandfather). As we pulled out of Lake Caroline our tire blew out...on our PIMP GE Impala! Of course we were still in our Christmas morning pjs!!! These are just a few pics of Gray and Chase changing the tire. OH, and when Chase went to leave, his truck wouldn't crank! Of course I was snapping pictures the whole time! Needless to say, we missed getting to see sweet J.Mac. What a start to our Christmas morning!!!!

On Christmas morning, Gray and I have our Christmas with just the two of us and then we go to Mama's to open gifts with she and my brother, Chase. On Christmas Eve, we went to church at Parkway in Clinton with all the Bryant family (my mom's side of the family). Afterwards, we always go to my Mamaw and Papa Bryant's house for dinner and gifts. Guess who made an A in their class?!?! THIS GIRL!!! :) (I know that may not be a big deal to some of you, but I was never an A student...so I'm pretty excited!) I'll be taking A&P II next semester and applying for nursing school in February!

This is our Christmas tree this year! I love decorating the tree! I have to admit I have had it up since the week BEFORE Thanksgiving. My mom has been collecting Christmas ornaments for me since I was born...so I have lots! (I think next year we will have to invest in a bigger tree) But, I love all our ornaments and almost all of them remind me of a special memory.

I can't believe it's already fall! I LOVE IT! It has been the most beautiful weather this past week! Halloween is right around the corner! Before we know it, it will be Christmas! I know I always say this, but WOW TIME FLIES!!! Anyway, just wanted to show ya'll what I put at my front door last weekend....I thought it turned out pretty cute! ( I always go a little overboard on the pumpkins, but hey, nothing wrong with getting into the spirit, right?!?)

Gray called me at work yesterday and told me that we had reservations at Gardinia's and were going to stay thet night at The Alluvian! I love surprises!! Thanks Gray!! So I have finally uploaded my pictures from the last 2 months! Look at this sweet baby! This is my best friend, Jana's little boy that I posted about a while back. Hayden was born on Augusth 8th. I can't believe it's already been 2 months!! I am completely obsessed with this child! Isn't he beautiful?!? I am such a proud "aunt"! These are a few pictures we took while out to eat last week (except for the last few...he was only 24 hours old!). And look at those precious "punkin shrippers"...his Aunt Whitney couldn't pass those up at Target! :)

New Beginnings...

Guess what?!?! Mr. Gray got a new job!!! He is going to be a sales rep for GE! (He'll be selling engineering products, etc. - you know, "smart people stuff"!) We are SO EXCITED!!! This opportunity just fell into his lap and he couldn't pass it up. He loved his job with Control Systems, but this is just a better opportunity for us (especially since I will be going back to school full time, hopefully, next year) in the long run. He told his boss yesterday...so it is official! :)

CONGRATULATIONS, GRAY!!!! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!

One more thing - yesterday was our 4 year anniversary (well, since we started dating). WOW, time flies!!! These past 4 years have been AWESOME and I am so blessed to now have Gray as my husband! He is my rock! We have been through so much together and I would not have wanted ANYONE ELSE by my side. I love you, Gray. Thanks for 4 wonderful years!! I look forward to 75 more!!!!

Back to School!!!

Hello All!
Well, many of you know that I have decided that I want to go back to school to be a NURSE!! Yep, you heard me.....BACK TO SCHOOL!! I never thought I would ever do something like this, but after sitting behind a desk 8 hours a day for the past 3 years, I've decided I want to pursue my dream. I have wanted to be a nurse since I was a little girl, and I now think I am at a place in my life where I am ready to take on the challenge! I am so excited but so nervous at the same time! I HATE CHANGE! So this is a big step for me. My husband has been more supportive than I could have ever hoped for....he's my cheerleader! :) (I love you, Gray!) I have to take Human A&P I&II before I can apply, so I started class this past Wednesday!! Whoo-hooo! :) I am taking A&P I at Holmes Community College in Ridgeland on Wednesday nights from 5:30 -10:00. (and will be able to apply for school at Holmes in February while in A&P II) When I was in class Wednesday, I was sitting there at my desk listening to the Professor and thinking "Am I REALLY here?" It was such a weird feeling being back in the classroom again!

But I am very excited and look forward to what the future holds! All prayers are appreciated! :)
