Back to School!!!

Hello All!
Well, many of you know that I have decided that I want to go back to school to be a NURSE!! Yep, you heard me.....BACK TO SCHOOL!! I never thought I would ever do something like this, but after sitting behind a desk 8 hours a day for the past 3 years, I've decided I want to pursue my dream. I have wanted to be a nurse since I was a little girl, and I now think I am at a place in my life where I am ready to take on the challenge! I am so excited but so nervous at the same time! I HATE CHANGE! So this is a big step for me. My husband has been more supportive than I could have ever hoped for....he's my cheerleader! :) (I love you, Gray!) I have to take Human A&P I&II before I can apply, so I started class this past Wednesday!! Whoo-hooo! :) I am taking A&P I at Holmes Community College in Ridgeland on Wednesday nights from 5:30 -10:00. (and will be able to apply for school at Holmes in February while in A&P II) When I was in class Wednesday, I was sitting there at my desk listening to the Professor and thinking "Am I REALLY here?" It was such a weird feeling being back in the classroom again!

But I am very excited and look forward to what the future holds! All prayers are appreciated! :)

Whit! After stalking everyone's blog I didn't realize you had your own until stalking BJ's. I am SO proud of you for going back to school! That takes guts! I can't believe I just finished. (finally)

I'm so excited to be able to keep up with you this way. I keep saying that me, Rebecca, Carrie, and Ward need to start a blog together and call it 3 Women and a Little Lady. (Ward being the lady of course)

Love you,
Melanie/Skrib

You are going to do great and you know you can call me for anything. I will try and help my grand sis anytime. Being a nurse is a wonderful profession and most of all very rewarding!!!
Please know that you call with any questions and I am very proud of you also.
